Used for mixing with loose pigments
Product arrived quickly, I’ve had a quick play about with it and it seems amazing! I bought it to mix with my loose summer pigments and it works really really well! You only need a tiny amount so I agree with other reviewers that this will last forever! Once the liquid dries with the pigment it is smudge proof which is amazing! Cannot wait to use it more!
