Power Block Large Column Stand, Color- Black

Expensive but sturdy.Frankly, I wanted to make do with the chair I've been using, but since upgrading to Stage 3 of the U70 system, the chair is starting to look decidedly unsafe. Also, this stand is at a better height for lifting the heavier weights on & off.Nicely angled to assist & easy to adjust the plastic bar. The 4 holes could be slightly higher (so that the 1kg weights do fall slightly to one side bc they're held a bit too low down, but that's a minor point.Probably couldn't have justified it when starting out, but now that I've "earned" it by consistently working-out/lifting etc, feels reassuring to have it & my weights safely held.Definitely recommended.

Arrived next day from Sweatband in a well packed large box. Very easy to put together, though I did bolt the back plate in upside down and had to unbolt it again when I realised and fitting the top was a bit tricky, but that was it and it only took about 30 minutes (you will need a cross head screwdriver though as one is not included). Very sturdy when built, as you would expect due to it being able to hold a total of 80kg.I also found that the Bodymax 25kg Selectabell Dumbbell fits perfectly, so you can use the stand for this too. If you are intending one day to buy the Powerblock Sport 9.0 Stage 3 (41-59kg), this stand will not support it and you will need to buy the Powerblock 125 Rack Stand instead.

Nothing wrong with this solid unit once assembledMine came missing nuts and screws and the Amazon supplier was slow to supply the missing parts until put under pressure . Time consuming and irritating.

Strong, smart, sturdy and branded

Works perfectly with my Powerblock sport 9 stages 1 & 2 dumbells. Makes such a difference during a workout not having to lift them from the floor each time
