I've just purchased my third tub of this and have been using for a few years now. I simply have not found anything as effective as this at getting rid of horrible odours from shoes. The scent is a nice, pleasant slightly minty aroma, the powder is great because when you apply it, you can see where it's going. Pop a wee spoonful into each shoe and just gently turn and pat them to ensure you've got coverage all over the inside. And no nasty chemicals either. Brilliant stuff.

This stuff really does work. My trainers utterly honked....bit of this sprinkled in before and after wearing and the disgusting smell has gone completely, they now just have what I consider the normal (inoffensive) trainer smell with a little touch of mintyness. I will definitely be buying more!

Great little product, only need a small amount (half the spoon that's provided) simply place in the shoe and give it a gentle shake to allow the power to evenly distribute around the shoe and leave until next wear, you can leave it on or shake it out, shoes smell fresh and clean, sent it not to strong so it doesn't skint the house out like some deodorizers! overall very happy and the small container seems to be lasting a life time!!

Although this may seem pricey, it lasts a long time so you should find yourself not needing to buy it again for a while. It lasts me at least 2-3 months. I used to have to buy new shoes for work (warehouse worker) every few months because of how much my shoes used to start smelling, but with a combination of this powder and charcoal activated shoe deodorizers it's nearly completely eliminated any odour from my shoes. I'd recommend getting both products if you suffer from smelly shoes, I tend to find only using one or the other isn't as effective as both. Just leave in the deodorizers when not wearing the shoes, and use the powder just before putting them on. The powder has a distinct smell, it's not unpleasant. To me it smells like tea tree essential oils but when wearing the shoes it can't be smelled. It comes with a small scoop so you know how much to put inside the shoes. The one downside is that with my current work shoes which have a thin mesh outer fabric, the powder tends to seep through the material and leave a visible white residue on the outside of the shoe. Since my shoes are black and the powder is white it's very visible and looks a bit unpleasant. Other than that, I'm very happy with this product and this is my fourth time ordering it

This product is fantastic. My feet would get minging in trainers when the warm weather started. I bought this product and within 1-2 days it has had an amazing effect. No more smelly trainers or slippers. What is also great about this product is that it is pretty much odourless, whereas other products like foot sprays have an unpleasant smell. An amazing product. My family and I refer to it as magic Irish foot powder!

There are two parts to the review. Firstly, this stuff does what it says. It will keep the smells in your shoes away. It is easy to use and works well. My shoes/boots go on at 6am and come off around 6 or 7pm. You don’t know it’s there and there are no white power marks on your carpet when you take your shoes off as there may be with baby powder and the likes. BUT, and here is the second part of the review, be careful. Only use small amounts and follow the directions. Do not use a full spoonful every day as I did, ( can’t do any harm I thought, extra freshness). Wrong! After a weeks worth of adding a spoonful to each boot and by spoonful I mean the tiny one it comes with, the soles of my feet peeled off. Literally! The entire sole peeled off like really bad sunburn peeling on my feet. It didn’t hurt and I ha no clue it was happening until I started to see large chunks on the carpet. I still use but maybe once a week and as small doses in the boots.

Amazing stuff! So happy with this product as it does work! It’s also natural which is a massive bonus! I wash my son’s trainers on regular basis and I always struggled with eliminating an odour. No longer! I use it only from time to time and it keeps any type of shoes fresh! There is no smell at all! Would highly recommend!
