Solgar L-Tyrosine 500mg - Amino Acid - Blood & Nervous System Tissues - Vegan - 50 Vegetable Capsules

I’m taking this as a sugar suppressant.Not been taking long ,but seems effective enough.Solgar is excellent.

Helps me sleep

I got these for after I came off anti depressants (SSRIs), to combine with 5-htp. Unfortunately this made me feel really quite anxious, not every amino acid works well for everyone. The 5-htp works very well for me (200mg a day).I got the tyrosine as a ‘motivator’ and to help me focus more, but for me it made me anxious - I mustn’t need this specific supplement. I only took it once and have a full bottle left now, but it’s ok - I experiment with lots of supplements to see what works.This may work really well for you though - see the other reviews!

Arrived on time so pleased. Also pleased with the email updates sent to me which kept me informed of delivery etc. I am just in to two days usage of the capsules since arrival. So I writing limited review / and knowledge of how the product has benefited me. I do feel livier and more positive and also calmer . Whether that is due to the products input or the knowledge that I have a product that will in time provide the above mentioned befits - I will let you know in a further update . To date all seems positive with no ill side effects.

Great for what it is

Love this product. It really helps me in the morning, and has a great effect on my mood and focus.Also, I took it a week before and during holidays and it helped considerably my tan!Only advice is to take 2 tablet a day, not 1!

Very good quality brand

Was really looking forward to seeing what effect this had but i consistently got a headache on the days i took it.
