This pack "Skilcraft Aviator B3 Refill" $11.05 by Skilcraft Aviator, although it doesn't say VICUNA fits this pen for refills; I have this pen a Skilcraft Aviator B3 & SK-SHARBO + (Zebra) I wanted 2c which worked best for me, B3 & Vicuna in this order won the Sharbo (Zebra) .... ehh! I inserted the B3 refills out of desperation & WAH-LAH it fit the tip is more blunt not as sharp but it works fine, I just replaced RT now! & works fine, hope this helps.

Does it hold the red, black an pencil all at the same time or does it need to be changed out?

Inside is a replaceable black ink and red ink refill. Just pull out the color you want to replace and insert new one in. Also inside is a lead pencil refillable cartridge which you refill with lead whenever it runs out of lead. The cartridge is not removable from the pen. You remove the tip and insert 0.5 lead into it then put it back together.
