It is not overly greasy and seems to ease the skin when it is feeling sore from being stretched. However, I do tend to have a slight skin reaction to it and therefore alternate it with other products for a couple of days to give my skin a rest. This is my first pregnancy and I started using the cream early on. However it has not stopped the stretch marks from appearing. As I am expecting twins and am growing well I have no idea whether this would was inevitable regardless so can't blame it on the cream!
