Love this tool! Saw online video for using it on the face and it is really great for facial fascia release! Highly recommend for anyone looking to work on facial fascia! Normally I would just dig my knuckle into whatever area the pain is at, so then my hand and arm hurt due to having to push so hard. I have recently been going to physical therapy for neck issues, and I brought this tool with me and asked my therapist about it - she approved and said that this can definitely relieve some pain, but advised me to only use the larger point. I have tried it a few times with my neck, elbow, and shoulder area, and I plan to continue to use it. It is a very sturdy stainless steel tool that is very easy to hold and you do not need to use all that much pressure for it to help. I have so many areas where this will come in handy!
