I use this measuring cup to weigh coffee beans and pour them into my hand grinder. It works perfectly for this application. The spout is tapered such that the beans roll right into the grinder. I am not using this to measure volume, but the gradations are very easy to read. I think it would work very well for liquids.

LOVE these. I add honey & avocado oil in my sourdough in addition to water and salt. I also purchased a smaller size vessel for measuring salt. These might be dishwasher safe but to protect the measuring info I hand wash bc they are small and easy to clean/dry. I use these all the time for other kitchen tasks.
