Is a cheap plastic toy. Doesnt do anything. Quite boring and not video worthy. **Q: Does the head and legs move like the arms do?** A: Yes the legs move just like the arms. The head less so because of the Hulk's large neck so has less room to turn from side to side, but it does tilt up and down.
