I think it’s the best case I’ve ever bought, and I’ve bought many. It’s been 4 months and I take care of my things as best as I could. By now, with most cases I buy there’s usually scratches and signs of wear but it seems this case is highly resistant to wear. All features are awesome. The only thing that could use some work is the credit card holder. It slides out easily when the clip is triggered. Otherwise, it’s perfect and sleek. I hope they make these cases for more models of phones soon. Definitely worth the money. Update: 15 months after purchase: The case is able to have withstood a lot. After 15 months of use the only thing to note is the camera lens cover coming loose. It doesn’t stay open or closed because it’s not as snug as it once was. With the slightest tilt, the cover slides back and forth. You have to hold the cover open to take pictures if you hold your phone a certain way. Otherwise, it’s still the best phone case that I’ve bought. Besides normal wear and tear it’s still completely intact. When I first bought it, it was $250. I’m a little jelly that customers can buy it for $104 now.

I could not recommend this product. I was excited at first as this seems like a premium product and in some ways it is. The buttons for volume and that are prob the best Ive encountered. The first realization that this was not worth the money came when the card holder released unexpectedly while the phone was attached to my belt by the long clip that is attached to the card holder, sending my phone crashing to the ground, breaking my screen saver and badly scratching up the black metal phone case, which is silver underneath the black paint. That was after one week of use. I emailed Element to inquire about this and after hearing no response for almost 2 weeks, I called them. They found my email and said they would forward it on to the correct people and they would get back to me. After another week or so and another phone call someone finally emailed me saying they were still checking with the team to see what they should do. I then explained to them the card holder seemed to be defective as well as it will let 1 card fall out at times even while attached to the phone case. It rattles around in it. If you have 3 cards in it, it would detach from the phone unexpectedly. DO NOT trust the clip to hold your phone secure!! After about a month of waiting they shipped me a dusty card holder replacement, which is no different from the original faulty one. The spring in them are not good as they bend depending on how many cards you may put in them. If you put 3 in, you won't be able to go back to 1 card unless you get a pair of pliers and bend the spring to adjust it. Plus they did nothing for my scratched up phone case and my broken screen saver. Horrible customer service to go along with an extremely overpriced case that has major engineering flaws. After this experience, I wouldn't pay $50 for this case. My first and last purchase from this company.

So upon reading reviews I oiled up the parts that move. The camera cover and the card holder part. The card holder part is not great because the tab from it that is supposed to lock into groove on case, not great design. With little pressure it can come out. What I did was took apart the card holder and cut a small skinny piece of foam like from a furniture slider foot and wedged it on inside to push the tab out more so it secures better to case itself. Its s beautiful case. Very nice and has options. Just have to be careful and cautious. Im liking and think element products are great but could be designed alittle betterbto honor its description and money more!! Good stuff tho, like the products as I have a watch band as well fr element for my apple watch. Again have to be careful and with assembly. Also these products have to be selective on accessories. Like apple watch chargers and say a wireless charger for this phone case. Not what I thought about finding a small enough wireless charge to fit in grove with card holder out, just need a powerful i think 15w wireless charger to be able to work. See pic of my one charger that works well and efficient with case wirelessly!

Let me start by saying I have gone through more cases than any one person should go through. I can never seem to find one that is durable (especially wallet style) holds enough cards, doesn’t mess with the tempered glass, fits in the pocket nicely without catching something or being to tight, protects the camera… I could do this all day. The Element Black Ops case will be the last one I have to purchase. Love this case. It holds 3 cards which is great, the front and back of the phone and camera area are recessed enough to give that extra protection on drops. The wallet doesn’t have to be removed in order to get cards out. Some reviews state the case is heavy, I don’t feel any difference between this case and the wallet case my wife uses. The kickstand is a nice extra feature and I appreciate the fact it locks the wallet in place. Button functionality works perfectly. It doesn’t affect the tempered glass and of course slides right into the pocket of my phone pocket of Truewerk work pants with ease. This case is exceptional in every way possible. I should’ve pulled the trigger on this purchase years ago. Well done!!

I like the looks.other cases come with a lanyars or pouch this has nothing.the camera shutter looks like a 3cent piece of plastic and rattles.the card clip or wallet part rattles a little id worry of it coming off with that flimsy button.3 the kickstand isnt good at all feels like cheap plastic.where is the 250 dollar case this is probly worth 65 at most.it may look cool but i bet if i drop it the wallet will immediately fall off.

Not for those who are looking for just case, its extreme case with good looks and quality. Heavier then your phone. I liked it

worth to buy, only thing it could be improved is making MagSafe compatible.

Not sure wether it was a return that go back into circulation or poor QC, bit it was clearly used. Rub ware on the corners and the plastic camera insert was scratched and dented. For such an expensive case really really disappointing. I hear stories too of Amazon warehouse employees swapping new goods for their used personal ones too from existing and former employees. Either way only quality thing was the speed of the returns procedure.
