5 Star Facilities Key Cabinet Steel Lockable with Wall Fixings Holds 30 Keys W160xD80xH200mm

On the whole I am very pleased with this key cabinet. Okay, it's a little on the small side and keys longer than 'Yale type' may be a problem although the centre flap does accommodate them easily enough. It seems well made and fairly robust with a nice cream paint finish although the clip holding the hinged flap closed does bend too easily . It comes with 30 key tags in 5 different colours, wall fixings and two keys for the cabinet lock, which I agree doesn't look too resilient. In my opinion, this is a great cabinet for home use, storing all those keys you don't use very often but, I wouldn't recommend it for frequent and/or office use. Regardless, at this price you can't really go wrong.

Ordered two of these key cabinets for home & workshop use, just to store the accumulated collection of various keys we have (door keys, window keys, spare keys, suitcase keys, padlock keys and so on) and these items do the trick. If you are after a fair bit of security, i.e. you have safe keys or business keys etc. then you might want to spend a little extra on something a bit more substantial as the steel is not that thick and I feel the lock could be forced without too much effort. I also upgraded the fixings as well as adding extra fixture points to make more secure to the wall. At the end of the day, for the price and my requirements they were satisfactory. Excellent delivery time also.

Quick delivery and for the price it's a great key cabinet. Strangely the picture listed here and the one on the box it comes in bear no resemblance to what it actually looks like. Inside is another plate which can hold a further 10 keys in addition to the 10 hooks on the inside door and the back of cabinet. Size wise it's H 220mm x W 170mm x D 85mm. The black key fobs all have the plastic cover missing and I had to replace the rawplugs as the ones supplied looked like they would disintegrate as soon as I tightened up the screws. Despite this I'm still happy with my purchase.

I Like it and its look good and it came early

Arrived a bit late but seller replied promptly. It was well packed. It has number strips, key tags and screws to mount on wall looks very neat you could lock it but I think it would be pretty easy to open but wonderful for keeping all the keys labelled and on one place! The other good thing the middle has 5 hooks either side so great for car keys which are a bit bulkier. Would recommend.

The cabinet certainly holds 30 keys and is lockable. I have successfully screwed it on to a wall. It was great to receive the keys fobs with the cabinet so that there is no need to buy them separately. It does its job. I would not give it 5 stars because I sure that if necessary it could be easily broken into with the right tool and little effort. However, it is good to have all keys in one place.

I brought this cabinet last summer and within 3 months, the lock on the box broke so I couldn't get my keys out. I had to pay a locksmith £20 to break into the key box.Amazon refunded the money spent on the key box and I brought another one. This time the lock broke immediately after mounting it on the wall (obviously we checked that it worked before mounting it and it did!). I am now in a situation where amazon are happy to refund the cost of the box but I will need to pay for a locksmith to break it open again. HASSLE and MONEY.Amazon have been quite good and offered me a £10 voucher (to spend on my next purchase with amazon of course! And only when I insisted that the extra money spent on locksmiths was not acceptable!) but I am asking for the £40 spent on the locksmith and await their decision!UPDATE: Today is the 31st July and I never heard back from amazon, nor did I get my 10 voucher I was promised. Ordering a completely different lock box now!.

Did the job for us but if you need a really robust key cabinet this might not do the job as I think if you dropped it or hit it really hard you'd be able to bust it open. But to keep our fleet van keys in, it was great.
