**Q: How does it work**
A: It pumps water in and works as a vacume sucking dirt into the net , i use mine for hottub all the time 👍

**Q: Should the black nozzle that you connect the orange hoselock connector to have a hole somewhere to let the water from the hose through into the unit?**
A: It’s the hose fittings that’s the problem. Found an old connector that works. Small holes in the back. Not tried in the tub yet but seems ok

**Q: Dose is empty water out to drain hot tub aswell**
A: No, it is not designed to empty the pool or hot tub

A: 46 inches but we aware feels fragile particularly at joints.  Excellent otherwise in every other way. Just be careful not to apply to much force When in use

This thing does actually work, I was pleasantly surprised that it does indeed suck debris off the pool floor into the net. That said, don't expect a nice quick and easy solution to pool cleaning though! Using this device is a SLOW process. Cleaning a 12 foot pool takes some doing at the end of the day after the kids have been in it. It's like using a really....REALLY weak hoover. You need to be slow and gentle, you can see bits get sucked up which would otherwise be impossible to remove. Will it get you pool pristine? No. Will it get the worst of it out and let you keep your water in longer (so long as you're filtering and using correct chemicals) Yes. Also, this hurts your back after a while using it. The pole could have done to have been maybe just one section longer for me (5ft 11") All in all, don't regret buying it and wasn't under any impressions it was going to amaze me. I'd hesitantly recommend.
