I have 2c/3a, Low porosity, thick, coarse, curly hair and follow the curly girl method.This product is curly girl approved.I use this product everyday for out of the shower styling, and for 2nd/3rd/4th (etc) day refresh! Out of the shower I add it to 60% dry hair. Everyday I spray my hair with water then apply this product with praying hands and it really helps redefine my curls and keep away the frizz (which I have a fair amount of in the morning). This mousse is much lighter than most out their and smells fantastic not like most!Definitely give this a go if you are looking for a good refresh product.

I first tried this product on its own and my hair was fluffy and meh - that being said I follow CG and have not tried with no gel before so was quite an unfair comparison.Layering this with a gel (Cantu Curl Custard) and sometimes a little bit of Boots Curl Creme if I feel tangly, it makes my hair so soft and so shiny. I think I will be careful of it just because it seems like something that could over moisturise my hair with the neem oil but I'm really pleased with it. The Aussie Mousse I use is really crunchy by comparison.This is a very light foam and different to other mousses I have used. I would recommend it.

Honestly, this product on its own isn't enough to tame my curls. They end up frizzy as soon as it has fully dried.However when I pair it up with the John Freida Frizz Ease Daily Styling Spray, which I also don't find effective when used on its own, I am happy with the result.I use the mousse first and as it is VERY light with zero crunch factor you can use loads. I make sure to get some on each and every hair, right up into the roots before spraying the J Freida stuff all over the ends and the shorter bits around my face.Not sure that I'll buy it again. I do quote like having it to hand but for the price I would expect more.

This had a beautiful smell and although it was lightweight, it held my thick curly hair in place. It lasted well so I was very pleased with my purchase and was easy to brush out and I would happily buy again:‐) 😊
