A good product. There are clear instructions as to how you customise the guard. Took me seconds to do. The fit is perfect. The dentist quoted me over £100 for more of less the same thing. Yes, as some people have said it is difficult to get used to wearing them at night but then I hate wearing my £1000 dentures!! Unfortunately, these items cannot be made invisible. They are what they are. Good service. No issues.

Easy to use but quite thin, when molding bit quite hard and teeth went through it! Was more gentle with other set and was fine. Comfortable to wear at night

Why Amazon allow this product on their site is a mystery. It is truly awful. Will not mould securely to the teeth no matter how hard you try. I could imagine choking on this so as cannot return it will go in the bin. Absolutely awful. I suffer with TMJD and. Having lost my splint am awaiting replacement. Hoped this would be ok as a temporary measure to ease pain...no hopes just money down the drain. Come on Amazon you should not be selling stuff like this. Feeling well and truly ripped off.

Terrible.I have used night guards like this in the past and this was one of the worst. The first one I used shriveled up and in the end barely covered my front teeth. I tried to remould it without any joy. The second attempt was somewhat better but it still very thick and somewhat uncomfortable.Disappointing that I cannot request a refund on this item as it was a waste of money.

This arrived very quickly - one piece of advice I would only submerge for 30 seconds in hot water. This should be enough to mold the guard to your chosen settings. Good product I have worn mine for some weeks no problems - v good value for money

These gum shields are great and it was very easy to follow the instructions. I was quoted £100 from the dentist to have one fitted but this does the trick at a fraction of the cost and works well.I would recommend this product to anyone who grinds or clenches their teeth in their sleep as it is very comfortable to wear.

What a great product; had it for over a week now and I have to admit that if I have a decision of having this or endless appointments to the dentist this wins every time. Took a night or two to get use to it but on the whole I don’t grind my teeth which in turn means no more sore jaw. Moulding it was simple by submerging into boiling water for 30 secs and then taking a minute to mould it in a comfortable mouth position.I would recommend that to be careful when moulding as you may find it difficult to remould if you get it wrong first time round.Comes in a handy case and I would recomend to wash it with mouth wash after using it.

They just don't mould well and so are not comfortable.I have tried several times.
