When he was 20, Dante Nesti started making soap at home in a small 50 litre cauldron. Just three years later in 1945, he founded his soapmaking company based in Florence.Today Nesti Dante managed by his son, Roberto is one of the few industrial scale companies in the world, which still produces soap with the traditional craftsmen's methods. It strictly follows the traditional process of boiling the soap paste in large cauldrons for several days under the constant supervision of master soapmakers and perfumers, who monitor the various phases of the saponification production. I've been using Nesta Dante soap since 2020 and I wouldn't use any other brand now for showering or hand washing. They appear expensive but they are very good quality, the bars are huge, (I cut mine in half for ease of handling) and they and the scent last down to the last sliver. Delightful Product
Have been using this for some time now. Gorgeous well made soap, worth the money, lasts long and leaves skin clean and fresh without dryness.

Good soap
Good soap - nice tangerine smell, beautifully wrapped. Bit expensive, but it's double the size of an ordinary bar of soap, so doesn't work out too bad, as it lasts a long time. Only problem is that it makes my skin a bit dry.

Best for combo skin
This soap has done wonders for my t zone. I am not as oily as I used to be and I believe is this soap. Might be the lemon? Lovely scent (Not overpowering) it last quite a while ( I cut it in 2 chunks and the first chunk still quite solid after washing every day twice a day) and it controls the oil on my t zone. I don't get pimples and I can see my face is more even. I know this soap is meant for body but it seems such a waste for the body when it's so effective on the face. I will keep using it. Totally recommended

Beautiful soap
I tried a few of these soaps after buying some at Kew gardens years ago. They are beautiful long lasting and do not dry my sensitive skin

Rich lather and woderful smell
We love these soaps and have been buying them for years. The lather is rich and the smell is divine which does linger on the skin. We do not use any other brand of soap
