For Someone Who Never Picks a "Main" This is Now My "Main"
Although the Qiyi X-Man Tornado v2 3x3 cube has been my favorite since I first bought it, I still have other cubes that I liked equally or at least almost as much, like the Dayan Tengyun v2, Gan 356X v2, and even my rather pricey Gan 356XS custom modified/coated by SpeedCubeShop. I would typically rotate through these cubes (and even use some older Moyu GTS3 and WRM cubes) when practicing. There just wasn't a single cube (not even my rather pricey custom Gan) that offered everything I wanted. When maglev first came out I definitely wanted to try it, but I really didn't feel like overpaying (a fortune) for Gan's version, and the two Moyu offerings just didn't impress me at all. When I saw this QiYi X-Man Tornado v3 was being released in several versions, including one with maglev, I immediately purchased the one with maglev and do not regret it at all. Any minor thing that I didn't like about the X-Man Tornado v2 was corrected in the X-Man Tornado v3 Pioneer. Corner cutting, stability, control, speed, etc. are all significantly improved, and it's so smooth and quiet. This cube is easy to configure/setup, and other than adjusting the edge magnets with a flathead screwdriver type tool, the rest can be done with fingers. It might seem a little daunting at first, but after trying a few settings you should be able to figure out what the adjustments are doing and get it dialed in to your personal preferences. The only lube I put on it is a generic "Gan" brand lube. I don't really go for all those other multi-step paste/droppers/colors/fragrances (???)/etc. You just simply need lube, and none of the other lubes seem to be made by a cube manufacturer, so I simply stick with Gan Magic Lube. It's probably not actually made by Gan (and is probably someone else's lube repackaged), but it's not expensive (it's actually quite reasonable/cheap), and if it's good enough for Gan (arguably the industry leader in speedcubes) to put their brand on, then it's good enough for me to use.Literally, all of my other 3x3 puzzles are now put in their bags, cases, etc. and stored in a drawer, as I only have this cube out now. I'm no world record holder -- my best time averages are still > the 20 secs, but I'm a long-time cuber (1982 with the original Rubiks Cube in high school) and at my age I'm probably as good as I'm going to get with CFOP (not advanced). I simply have too much other information in my brain to also add 70+ patterns/algorithms in there, too, so simple CFOP is fine for me. I also use cubing to keep my fingers/hands/wrists moving and help with the joint pain/stiffness that's gradually coming. Yep, sucks getting old.The Dayan Tengyun v3 is coming out soon, and it's probably about the only other cube that could end up putting this cube in the drawer. I really like the Dayan Tengyun v2, but even the v3 does not offer any additional magnets or maglev, so the Dayan Tengyun v3 seems to be relying on pretty old (2-3 years) cubing technology. I don't really see it replacing the X-Man Tornado v3 for me, but I also really didn't think that I'd like the Dayan Tengyun v2 more than I do my expensive custom Gan 356XS either.Never thought I'd ever say this, but at least for now, the QiYi X-Man Tornado v3 Pioneer is my "main".

Very happy with this Core Magnets cube
I am a newbie in a speed cubing world and want some decent speed cube for fun and daily solving but it should be pro level cube (just because I can afford it), after reading reviews and owning some cheaper cube without magnets I decided to try this cube and this is awesome! Very fast, great grip and feeling, customizable and I tuned it to what feels best for me. Amazing features for that price! After a while added some silicone to make it a little bit smoother, and its perfect! Got Core Magnets version, as most told is more best balanced cube of all v3

This cube is very, very good.
I got this cube today, and wow. I must say, it is really good. It is really smooth, it’s really light too, kind of like a GAN. An important thing to know is this version has QiYi’s new ball core, which makes the core impossible to break. I think it is definitely worth the money, it feels better than any GAN/MoYu cubes i’ve tried.

Overkill for me but I love it
I'm not a speed cuber by any means. I just learned a basic method to solve it and then learned F2L on top of it but it still takes me anywhere between 1-2 minutes to solve. I don't really time myself. But wow - I LOVE this cube. It feels SO good to twist it. I don't know how well it'll hold up over time and if it'll get less smooth or make more noise. We'll see. After using this one for a few days I went back to the 2nd cube I got (this one is my third) which I used to think was smooth/fast and now its like painful to use and the creaks/sounds it makes are really noticable.Personally I thought I preferred the look of sticker cubes where you can see black borders, but I'm not so sure anymore! This cube looks good.Anyways, this cube is definitely more expensive than lots of other options and i know it's overkill for me but I'm glad I got it. Even if you're a beginner ... if you can afford to spend $30-something on a toy then go ahead and get this. It feels good to use and you'll know that you have a rubiks cube that will scale to do fast solves if you decide to prioritize learning to do super fast solves.
