They’re around 1.5cm disk shapes and quite roughly textured which means they take quite a bit of swallowing. If you can’t handle large tablets I wouldn’t buy these. They recommend taking two a day but I only take one, and they’re better with food as without they can leave you feeling a bit ill. They also contain green tea extract so be warned if you’re sensitive to caffeine. I stopped taking well man and started taking these as they’re much cheaper and for me they work well.
