Sturdy and easy to fit
Bought to support getting in and out of in Bath shower.Just needed to give an extra point of contact for support. The locking system is very good and suction is strong.Sturdy fix and the locking system has an indicator if the suction isn't secure. So far haven't had to refit after a couple weeks of very hot baths and showers.

Cheap tat
One end doesn't stick at all, other end fell off the shower wall 2 minutes later. Cheap plastic, not safe, avoid.

Good...but be careful!
I use this for access/egress of bath tub when showering. When installing wet the suckers before clamping down, also ensure wall tiles are clean. Would recommend periodically removing, every two weeks or so to wet suckers and re-clamp as it sticks like a couple of limpets when applied. I left it for 1 month+ since last re-attaching, this morning it came off away from wall when getting in shower, so I just wet the suckers whilst in shower and re-clamped it to tiled wall. Verdict, it is good product provided you schedule in re-attaching to tiled wall at 2/3 week intervals. Always test if firmly applied before use every time. This sounds a bit negative, but I really like it! Took off one star because of the scheduled maintenance aspect.

At last an affordable invention that actually works
Brilliant , did not expect these to be as good as they are for the price. So long as you are using these in tiled areas and your tiles are fairly even, clean of any surface dirt and are firmly fixed (ie bathroom) and you use as intended ie a 'helping hand' such as supporting you getting in to a bath , shower, a 'hold on to ' while towelling etc , and not a expecting them to take your 'absolute full body weight' ..they are amazing ! Saved my arthritic wife from falls in the bathroom a few times . I don't know why there are negative reviews .just push down on tiles (avoiding grout lines as per common sense) and push the levers down . There's a confidence indicator by way of a green/ red indicator , but I give it a wiggle to make sure. I find sticking to the tiles and then pushing down evenly and firmly with both hands while pushing the lock levers to be effective every time. These have an easy release system take it from me once these grab bars are mounted correctly they are pretty solid ! Anyway thats just my experience opinion , hope it helps somebody..

Tiles must be flat!
Very nice product. Sticks well on the bath. Unfortunately for me we have a very slight texture on the tiles (which is where I need this product) and it won’t adhere to these. Great product very sturdy feeling but needs to be a totally flat surface.

Actually works well
Easy to fit and remove. Stuck really well although you do need to check it is secure each time before you need to use it.

Returned...faulty suction lock
First fixed it and thought it had potential. Seemed sturdy and strong. Cleaned tiles, followed instructions exactly and fixed on tiles not over joins. Unfortunately the suction which seemed fine initially, didn’t last. On one end the suction lock didn’t work properly and was no longer adhered to the tiles. It frightened us all falling off the tiles into the bath at 3am! I tried to refit numerous times...all times failed after a short time being attached...just glad it didn’t fall whilst my mother was holding it. I returned. Maybe we were unlucky with a faulty unit, but I didn’t take the chance of reordering. It seemed promising and sturdy initially, but as I say...if it fails regularly, one day she might be holding onto it at that moment....so a thumbs down here.

Lasted only 8 months - Do not buy
It was OK at the start, worked very well & stable (did not use that much). Then after 8 months, started fally down on it own. Thank god I was not holding on to it when it lost its grip. Stay away
