6 April updateAfter receiving a message from the business, I decided to give the cup another chance, and ordered a new one. I’m glad to say, I’ve had no issues with this one, and will happily change my rating again(hopefully for the last time).14 March update: Lid threads are stripped out now; dropping to a 1 Star since it's only a couple of weeks old .The cup works as expected. It keeps things hot (presumably cold as well), has the ceramic coating as to not interfere with the flavor of the beverage. It holds a good amount to get me through the morning. My only complaints, and the reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is that it is too tall to fit under the coffee machine and I have a hard time getting the lid on right. It’ll feel and look closed but as soon as I tip it, it comes shooting out the sides of the seal. Maybe some closer or deeper threading would fix this. Overall a good cup though!

I love a clean ceramic lining. This is a metal cup with very thin walls and a ceramic lining. I'm amazed at how it holds the internal temperature of its contents, and that its surface does not reflect the temperature inside with walls this thin.I like the lid. It has a pull up handle for when your hands are full but what I like about the lid the most is the spout you drink from. It's subtle but a great feature. We've all had these containers and generally you open the spout and kinda pour the beverage into your mouth. Then you open this one's flap, it reveals a raised rim with an oval hole which is where you drinkfrom. It also has a very small vent hole. When drinking, you can seal your lips around the raised rim and suck your drink rather than risk spilling the way you normally pour the contents. The lid's screw threads are a little tough to line up but I love it averall. I first bought the small one and went back and bought a tall one. Both sizes are nice.

I got this mug when the one I had been using for many years started leaking from the lid when I tried to drink from it. I drink about a pot of coffee most every day. This mug is big enough that I'm not interrupting what I'm doing all the time to go and get more coffee, and it keeps my coffee nice and hot long enough that I don't have to drink cold coffee or waste it. This mug is very easy to carry, either by using the half-loop built into the lid, or by holding it like any other drinking vessel, by its side. The side of the mug is not slippery. It has a very nice non-skid base that also makes putting the mug down on a hard surface very quiet. The ceramic interior of the mug is very easy to clean (I use a dish scrubbing brush here), and the lid has no hard to get at recesses so it's also very easy to keep clean. No mater what your beverage of choice may be, this mug will keep it's temperature for long enough to enjoy, and is easy enough to clean that with proper care, it will remain very sanitary for many years to come. These are my opinions from using this mug for several weeks now. If you want/need a great beverage mug, this may be to one for you too. I recommend it to anyone with no reservations,Ernie

The media could not be loaded. The lid doesn’t stay on when the beverage cools down. The lid has a handle and my tea spilled onto the carpet. It also popped off when I was drinking it was a good thing the liquid had cooled because it pour out onto me. I thought the ceramic would be nice for tea but the lid makes it totally useless. As of right now I would not recommend this for anyone. Could be very dangerous if it happens when the beverage is hot.

I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to for this cup.My favorite coffee tumbler finally cracked and I needed a new one, much to my sadness. I didn’t think I would find a comparable one, as I was oddly attached to the one I was using.I bought this one because it seemed like what I was looking for but not as expensive as some of the bougie brand name ones. I recently paid $50 for a name brand one that just isn’t right for my needs and I was salty about the cost. So I bought this one figuring it couldn’t be worse and at least it held more liquid than the expensive one I bought.Well, I love it! It’s the perfect size, I love the top handle, and the soft bottom is something I didn’t think I needed but it’s been useful as far as not having to worry about scraping the paint on my car if I have to put it on my hood (as we girls have to do with all the stuff we carry). My coffee stays hot, which is the most important thing. And so far no leaks, and I’ve dropped it twice.I’m actually going to buy another one to have as a work backup.Pleasantly surprised and happy! You won’t regret purchasing it!
