Packs a punch and a great enhancer to confectionary
I added some of this to a raspberry white chocolate ganache and it really brought out the freshness in the flavour. Also used it to sprinkle on some chocolate-dipped biscuits and as a decorative topping on a raspberry puree-topped cheesecake.If you want to retain that punchy, sharp, sweet fresh raspberry taste in a sweet even after cooking the fruit, a sprinkle of this on the outside is perfect. A little goes a long way, too, so I think this will last me well.

Great flavour
I wanted to add flavour to homemade yogurt and wow, this delivers!Less than a teaspoon of the powder adds a lovely raspberry flavour to 500g of yogurt.Would definitely recommend

A little goes a long way
This arrived well packaged and arrived quickly.The package itself seems to hold alot for 100g and comes in a resealable foil inner lined pouch.The raspberry is incredibly flavorsome and of good quality and I've used in yoghurts, porridges and ice creams to great effect.Just don't do what I did and think that a few grammes isn't alot because it stretches quite far.It also adds a real vibrant colour to anything you eat and if you eat with your eyes you'll really enjoy this 👍

Used for homemade berry nakd bars
I used this in homemade nakd bars and they tasted fantastic, just as good as the real thing but work out a lot cheaper. Look up homemade berry nakd bar recipe online.

Great for macarons
Fine powder for flavouring and hint of colour when added to macarons.Am sure many other bakery items would be enhanced nicely by this powder as well as smoothies.
