It's very fully stuffed 7.designed for side sleepers.This is one BIG pillow,thick,solidly built,bouncy but deep and strong.A MANS pillow.I had to throw off 3 of my old pillows to have this one on my bed.It is just the most impressive pillow I have seen,strong,soft and very long.I don't know if it will help my neck problem as I have only had it a few days however this pillow will replace 3 cheap rubbishy ones as on my bed.I cannot see why it would not work every bit as good whichever way you sleep.I don't know how long it will remain mean,moody and magnificent.This is the Orson wells of pillows.I cannot compare it to a memory foam,Spring,hard cored,latex or structured pillow as these are generally much more expensive .I had a structured pillow(like a dip in it and rigid bits to re organise your head and neck,I hated it.Felt claustrophobic and too rigid.I have a couple of memory foam pillows which are very long lasting and soft but firm,very nice.But this is a reasonable alternative to a memory foam pillow I would say.Just on a general pillow for a bed this rates high as the box shape is not the least troublesome or uncomfortable however it's like a normal pillow on steroids.Loads and loads of pillows to mess around with,fluff up,adapt,has now been happily replaced with one only,the Arnold Schwarzenegger of the pillow world.If 2 are going cheaper I would seriously consider getting 2.They are top notch pillows.Happy sleeping.

I've had the pillow for about a week now, and I've found it to be relatively supportive while still being comfortable enough to have enough give for me to feel comfortable (I'm a side sleeper and I really struggle to find comfortable pillows).However, I can already feel the internal material clumping up a bit, and I've not had the pillow very long. Plumping it helps a bit, but not entirely, so it seems pretty likely this will unfortunately only be a short-term solution. It's comfy enough at the moment though.

Very comfortable and sleeping very cosy on them

It does the job firm and soft and just the righ height. However I feel that it will not last long like that I have to rotate my pillows my other one is very expensive and very firm so I crave for softness as well. This is a nice pillow snuggledown do make lots of different types of pillows.The thing is you need the firmness to support the neck and shoulders, and my head has a tendency to fall forward. Maybe it is because I suffer from allergies etc. I think the solution is a firm middle and a good non moving soft filling on either side. As I said this does the job well priced but may not last the course for a sleeper like me who tosses and turns. Also it should be firm and supportive around the edges of the pillow too

This is a wonderful pillow, particularly for the price. It's properly firm and supports my head better than any previous ones. It's also not too firm. I had a bit of ear pain with other harder side-sleeper pillows. It just about fits into a standard pillowcase. Only slight downside is that its needed a quick squish of the sides to keep it at the perfect shape every now and then. But for the price, I don't care if I ending having to buy one every six months. It'll be a price worth paying for the comfort it provides.

This is only 7 months old & whilst at first it was great, providing support & comfort, it no longer does. The stuffing inside the pillow has become lumpy with the stuffing clumping together in sections meaning that it no longer provides any support. Very disappointing

I bought this pillow a few days ago and have slept on it for a total of two nights, however it has transformed my sleep so much I felt I should review this product now rather than later. This pillow offers firm support to the neck and shoulders predominantly for side sleepers, like myself, and fits nicely into a standard sized pillow case. If you are a back sleeper this pillow would also be a great choice for you, i spend a couple of hours each night lied on my back reading a book before sleep and have had no problem with position or comfort with this pillow. The pillow, quite quickly, springs back into shape after pressure is applied and then relieved, so it seems as though it will last for a long time. Before purchasing this pillow I would often struggle to sleep and as a result I would wake you with neck pain, shoulder pain and a headache. Over a year later I had had enough and decided to purchase this pillow, as previously mentioned it has transformed my sleep. I now get to sleep much easier and quicker and for the two nights off using this pillow I have woken up, in the mornings, pain free and headache free. In conclusion this pillow is absolutely worth the purchase (side sleepers rejoice), it is perfect for side sleepers and equally as good for back sleepers. At its current purchase price it is a steal and the result in this case is not jail time, its a good nights sleep.

I have now bought three of these pillows. The first one was as described lovely and firm. Just needed the one pillow. It really helped with neck ache in the morning. Unfortunately the filling broke up over around three months so i thought I would get another. The second purchase however was not firm at all...in fact it was really soft and my head would sink right into it. As I was spoilt by the first experience I risked buying another and sadly this was the same. I guess production control is not great and I can only say from experience that it might just be luck if yours is as full as it should be.
