After some consideration and reading reports I ordered one of these Tillers, I am glad I did.The delivery was spot on contacting me when it set of, when it was near and when it was a hour away brilliant. It comes on a pallet to asemble so you need acess, but you don't have to worry about assembling it, its easy, everything is there with good simple instructions. Some might want help to asemble it for the weight,I didn't but it depends on the person.once assembled its no problem.Once assembled I tried it out straight away, its brilliant, easy to handle, easy to start and control, the reverse gear is great you don't have to be man mountain, the revers gear makes it so most people will be able to use it.Brilliant, does the work easy with no effort I wish I had got one years ago.It will take some beating in its class, great machine. I like using it.

The machine is good and works well
The machine is good and works well. Disappointed that when it turned up the air filter cap had snapped and there was a dent in the fuel tank albeit cosmetic still annoying as not a cheap piece of equipment. As already mentioned adding the oil is not the easiest thing to do but I can think of worse jobs. Had it not been for the condition on arrival I would give 5 stars

Do not waste your money.
I bought this item for a relative who was impressed with my rear tine cultivator, when the item arrived today this could not have been more different.Absolutely awfully manufactured, cheap looking from start to finish, had half the instructions missing, the fuel pipe was not attached, frankly i could go on and on, though the main fault is that the rear tines will not dig into even the lightest sandy soil, rendering it a completely useless piece of junk unfit for the purpose it is advertised for.I have contacted the seller tonight requesting a return and full refund and will update here as to the response.

good buy
the machine was easy to put together but the instructions for starting it could have been more explicit, showing which lever was choke or speed being mechanically minded i soon worked it out and after a good few pulls of the starter cord to prime the fuel system the machine started it now starts straight away.the machine works well and as i have used it to initially dig through a lawn and compacted ground it did a good job and i found that by putting weight on the tiller end i could keep it in one place to break up hard soil for the cost i have found it to be good value.

Four Stars
Good machine for the money, would recommend it only downside is that it does not have counter rotating blades.

My husband had a bit of a problem to get ...
My husband had a bit of a problem to get engine and gearbox oil for it but once he had got the oil it seemed to be ok .He has only just started to use it once he had gone over the allotment once ,he found it easier to use once he had gone thorough the first layer of hard ground. But be careful if ground is hard as the machine will jump out of your hands .

Misleading info but it's okay so far
I suspect this may be a Chinese import. It looked like a Honda engine on the photos but it's not. The info tells you that it has 3 gears but really it's got 1 forward and 1 reverse gear with a neutral. You can slide the wheels on the axle to take them off the driven part and allowing you to push the machine around. The throttle is adjustable and the gears seem adequate when balanced with it. The hardness of the ground you're tilling is the limiting factor to throttle position, as the tines skip over hard ground at first propelling you forward much faster than you'd like! As the ground gets chewed up it becomes much more manageable though. On a technical note, the info I got from the seller was not correct. Oil needs to be added to the engine sump and gearbox before you use the machine but the seller informed me that I could use the same grade of oil in both. I don't think the gearbox would last if you took this advice. I used some 15w 40 for the engine and some 90 gearbox oil and it's doing fine on that. The paint job isn't great as there seems to be some disturbance under it, possible beginnings of rust I think.I know I seem to be raising a lot of gripes but to be fair it's done a fine job on my veggie plot and has saved my back from the pain of digging by spade. It's also considerably cheaper than the competition. I've had it a few Months now and so far so good. Time will tell if it's going to be a good investment but I'm optimistic.
