I was looking for a product to use in between my chiro appts. I had actually come across an ad on either Insta or FB! It definitely helps when using it on a flat surface. Apparently using it lying on the couch, doesn't work as well. I absolutely recommend this product, especially when you're having a flare up! It has limited my need for pain meds. :)

I would say the product is not bad, but I did not have great benefits in terms of pain relief. It's relaxing to lean your head onto but other than than I would not consider it a "Resolution" (or even part of it) for your neck pain.

Really loved this when I started using the product. I noticed a tremendous difference in the pain. In my neck, it had reduced it completely. I would recommend it for people who have problems with neck and spine. It helps align the spine.

This item relaxes your neck. But if you stay on it too long it will start to hurt.

I was having neck pain and needed to stretch it. This is great. Just don’t fall asleep on it like I did, can be uncomfortable after too long

It is a very quick way to align your neck. I even went to sleep for a bit and felt awesome.

I have a lot of neck pain. I go to physical therapy & acupuncture to treat it. This is a nice quick way to help alleviate my pain while at home.

So I've been wanting one of these for awhile but some of the comments kept me from buying. I'm so glad I decided to try it. Does it's job perfectly and definitely exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend

I have only used this twice but seems good. It's quite hard but I'm sure it needs to be to help.
