Does it have dual time?** A: It does not have dual time on the same clock-face. But you can shange your home city time to any of the world city times. The watch also has 3 different local times. I guess it was made with the US in mind. **Q: Does it have a count down function using seconds** A: Hi, Yeah it ha a timer on it, so you can use that as a counting down timer in seconds, minutes and hours. The watch itself is easy to work and appears to be good quality plus it says it has a 10 year battery. The only reason I wouldn't give the watch 5 stars is because of the strap as it is made of plastic and feels a bit cheap.
