Not really one for writing reviews but felt compelled to after taking this stuff. Fist of all, i'd been sceptical after hearing reports about it's now debunked link to hair loss in men. I didn't do the loading as often recommended to start with. Just 5 grams a day in my smoothie or herbal tea. Dissolves easily leaving no residue and very neutral taste-wise. I felt it within the first 30mins of taking it in all of the muscles that I'd focused on in my most recent workout. Been on it 10 days and I've noticed:Increased strength profileFeeling more satiated in general for longer, especially as an 'alkaline vegan' lifestylerVisible muscle growthMore in the tank than usual (including in the sack!)Better recovery efficiencyI've only trained twice in this period and not hard as i'm currently nursing an injury. About a year ago I stopped supplementing both creatine and protein as I was told my kidneys were underperforming and these supplements weren't helping. Once I stopped my stomach pains went away. But I struggled to keep building muscle. This year I decided to only try supplementing creatine and make sure I keep the dosage to the recommended amount of one small scoop.So far I haven't had any issues and I have noticed a difference in strength and gains, I normally struggle to put on weight but since starting creatine again I have gone from 82kg to 85.5kg in about 2 months, this is without changing my eating habits drastically.Now from my experience the things to watch for are to make sure you are drinking enough water and not overtaking the creatine. I take it before my workouts but to be honest as long as you take it consistently you should notice results (if you are putting the work in)In terms of purity this seems to be as pure as it comes and for the price its brilliant, cheaper than on the actual site currently.Definitely recommend creatine but take in moderation!

Having used this for a few years 8m happy with the quality and texture for the creatine which I mix in with my protein and it mixes well with no bad taste. The included measuring scoop makes it easy to get the right amount.With the rising costs of supplements the price for this is more than fair compared to others and the price increases of other products in their line up.Only issue I've ran into consistently is with the packaging where the seal often is defective not sealing or breaking away from the packet.

Been using this for 3months now and can confirm that it's has helped with my muscles building. No need to load. Stick to the recommendation daily dose and you will start to feel and notice the benefits about 3weeks in. Packaging is good air sealed. No problem taking the powerder directly with the provided scoop and washing it down with a glass of water. Powder is very fine so will not clump, get stuck or feel gritty in your mouth.

This creatine was perfect, for the first few weeks. Then the bag stopped sealing entirely, as it is poor quality.. and then the creatine itself started to clump and go off. I wish they would fix this.. I’ve used creatine for years, this is along the best.. it dissolves easily, no weird taste etc. I would gladly pay a pound or two more if it meant having a bag that lasts.
