Hi, Can anybody advice if they are easy to handle?

Yes they are easy to handle. They have an air cushion finish that makes them glide easily. If your used to playings cards for playing rummy or snap with then they will be a little “slippery” but for card tricks and cardistry they are good as they dont clump together.

How do these 'glow under backlight'? I received the deck today that I ordered & they definitely no not glow no matter what I do.

I looked at some USPCC cards and found they have only one Joker per pack. Do Bicycles also have just one? I need two p/deck for our family game

All Bicycle decks I've ever seen have two - they're not identical though in case that matters

Can i get them to glow through the use of led lights?

If you use LED lights of the correct wavelength then yes. But these cards don't "hold" their glow. They simply glow under a blacklight.
