Great treadmill, Great after sales service
I purchased this treadmill specifically as I wanted a fold up unit, to minimise floor space when I am not using it. The treadmill is very easy and quick to get in to position and to fold up again. In use it feels robust with a good range of speed and incline options. After about 18 months of use I had an error message appear. I reached out to BranX fitness. After short round of fault diagnosis they determined I needed a new part sending which was dispatched to me. On receiving it I was able to fit the part myself in about 15 minutes. I am now back up and running. When I connected BranX Fitness to ask a) what is the cost, b) do you want the old item back. The reply was no cost and no need to return the faulty part. Great service, quick diagnosis, followed up by a solution. Peter from BranX did offer to get on the phone to talk me through the swap over process, but it was straight forward enough that this was not necessary. Thanks!

Just a lovely machine
I did a lot of research into renewing my treadmill. Our old one (also brought on Amazon) had lasted 8 years so really couldn’t complain. Being used to running on a treadmill I wanted to replace it with another good model. I looked into all the big brands but kept coming back to Branx based both on the reviews of the product and of their customer service. I have not been disappointed. The customer service team were brilliant from start to finish. They answered all my questions ahead of me booking the product. Once ordered we were given a slot for delivery the night before. The treadmill was delivered on time and the delivery team were so helpful. We actually had someone help put it up however as per all the reviews it really is just 8 bolts and it went up really easily. As per the instruction manual it was a little noisy on first starting up but once it got going and we lubricated it that went away.ProsThe treadmill is very robust. Not overly large but really sturdy. It’s a pleasure to run on. Ive really noticed how much softer it is as opposed to our older one. It’s very smooth and soft on the knees. The incline is great and does everything I need. The quick buttons are well placed whilst you still have access to increase and decrease on both arms. The screen is easy to read. There are programmes that you can use and if so I suggest referring to the manual to see where you should start as for those who are used to running starting at programme 1 would be too easy.I havent used the Bluetooth but it is a nice touch.I wanted a machine that I could just turn on and run how I wanted or with an app on my ipad. It doesnt have all the touch screen bits that some other treadmills do but I didnt want that as I really wouldnt use it. And theres less to go wrong!!The customer service team are great. They are totally responsive and really want to make sure you have a good experience.ConsThe only con I have is that although you can put a tablet on the machine it does then cover the screen with your speed and time etc which really isnt ideal when your following a programme on your tablet. However this isnt the end of the world and I have place a tablet holder by the side and use that instead. So I highly recommend this model and make.

Great treadmill, excellent customer service.
I bought this treadmill, over any others, because of the warranty.I liked the large running surface, I liked the speed options (faster than most) and incline options (higher than many), but I wanted worry free running. This treadmill is large and well built. Too well built in fact, to the point that some of the self assembly (there isn't much) involves screwing self taping screws into pre-drilled holes. The steel frame is so sturdy that a few screws actually failed to cut into the steel. No problem though, as there were plenty of spare screws and eventually I got it up and running. The treadmill folds away, as seen on the second picture of the description here on Amazon. The hydrolics for this are smooth and make it a doddle, and when it comes to lowering down; a quick push on the hydrolic rod to unlock it; sees it neatly and smoothly fold down to the floor "hands free". With the treadmill folded it is surprisingly mobile to wheel around.Warning - this is a heavy duty treadmill! It may be easy to wheel around , but its still a hefty piece of kit, and you wouldn't want to be lifting it!The treadmill itself, in use, is smooth and not overly loud. The platform is very well sprung. Possibly too well? It doesn't feel quite as firm under foot as some of the commercial treadmills, but I don't mind this. Its probably better for long distance running anyway. It seems to only do KPH, so if you only work in MPH you may be disappointed. I adapted pretty quickly. Finally, for the treadmill itself, its calibration is (on my machine) towards the conservative. I quickly realised that I can't run on this treadmill with it set to the same speed as the technogym ones in the gym. I have to run about 1kph slower. Meaning my 10k time on this is about 5 minutes slower than at the gym.Having said that, my 10k time outside is about 3 minutes slower than on the treadmills in the gym and 2 minutes faster than this treadmill. So this is actually MORE accurate. But its more demoralising too! (until you realise its not you!)And so finally, I come onto the warranty. Does it work? I don't know, nothings broken. But send Branx an email and they get back to you within 24-48 hours. I've done this twice with random questions. The most recent question was about lubricating the moving parts. Not only did I get the answer I wanted, but they've promised me a few bottles of special lubricant, free of charge, to do it with.I also mentioned some wear and tear to the buttons and they are sending someone out, because "even though wear and tear is expected, we take care of our customers......to us your happiness is everything" (quoted from the email I just received)And you can't say fairer than that.
