Th Body Fortress protein powder has 60g of protein per serving which is a good amount relative to other brands. I like the taste of the peanut butter and chocolate. It isn’t overly strong in taste. The powder mixes very well in water or milk, using a protein shaker. The consistency is smooth and there is no lumps. I mix this with a scoop of almond powder and psyllium and it makes a nutritious meal before I go to the gym. I find it is effective at helping me achieve my protein intake for the day and far less calories than eating protein bars and more satiating. The container it comes in works well for sealing the powder keeping it dry and has a large opening to reach in and scoop the powder out with the included scoop. The price is also very reasonable compared to other brands.

Great chocolatey taste mix as well and Greek yogurt if you mix bit by a bit as opposed to a whole scoop at once. Great source of protein.

Taste isn’t great. Not chocolately. Feels like u have to add a few scoops and use milk. Turns into sludge/glue if u leave it in your protein shaker overnight. Doesn’t dissolve well. Wasn’t filling, as I used it when I broke a tooth and unable to eat. Not satisfying as a meal or post gym

Tastes delicious and its a great price for the amount.
