Crow's Scorn: Diamond Kings MC

Colton, aka Crow is currently living with the Diamonds MC club after a stint in jail for killing his best friend’s brother, Ben. Tamlyn, who’s now a deputy sheriff and her brother, Henry, an addict as well as their father, the police chief all live in Diamond. Tamlyn wants Crow out of Diamond as soon as possible and even though, he found Henry, she’ll never forgive him for ruining her family or killing her brother.. I absolutely loved Tam & Crow’s relationship, it’s issues and all the fun in between. The twists and turns Misty Walker puts into her storied always leaves me wanting more and finding out what books of hers to devour next

This is a first time author for me that I read on the recommendation of a reader group. I like the premise of the story. Crow is an amazing character. Absolute perfect book boyfriend. The smexy scenes are super spicy.I hate to say this but I did not like Taylnn - at all. Nothing about her character was relatable or made you want her for Crow.I had some hang ups about the legal background of the story as well - there is just too much to list that was inconsistent and not how things work so that really distracted me from enjoying the book.That being said, I’m forging ahead to the next one in hopes of things improving.

Misty Walker knows how to craft the perfect book boyfriend. Crow is absolutely swoon-worthy. Learning to live life on the outside after a tragic event, he is anti-hero book boyfriend perfection. Finding solace in his MC brotherhood and his horses, this cowboy biker searches for something to bring him peace in this small town.Talynn's life is a circle of unfortunate events. Trying to keep the scraps of her family together after facing unthinkable tragedy, she's roughened and jaded by life. Learning the man who destroyed her family is back in her small town leads her to the brink of self destruction.Watching this story unfold, or unravel, exposing secrets, lies, betrayal and sadness was absolutely sublime. Seeing the layers peel away to reveal the truth, watching these two burn up in the chaos left me emotionally spent. This story has a great plot, wonderful characters and scenes that made me yell, cry, root and swoon for these characters.The story features an MC that has other books main characters that pop up; but this can be read as a stand alone. All together this is one long rewarding ride.

Crow’s Scorn is definitely a book that you think is about one thing but once you start it’s something totally different but in an amazing way.Colton is trying to get his life back on track after living through a horrific event in his life but knowing the truth doesn’t mean everyone believes you and especially the one woman that you always wanted to.Talynn is a woman that has dealt with her grief for far to long and getting back to her life will only bring back those past memories but the one man that can change everything is the one she thinks caused it.Colton & Taylynn will have to overcome so many different emotions to move forward but with the past and strength that they have for each other they just might get there and just maybe the both can find peace and a HEA.

I've always loved Misty's work and this book is no different. Read it less than 3 hours. Highly recommend this book

So much angst! I worried about whether Crow and Bug would actually be able to make it to their happily ever after. But when they were together, they were so good together! So good!

Misty might be known for her MC romance books but this time this books is more about the couple than the club.Colt/Crow is fresh out of prison and while his hometown isn't exactly welcoming he couldn't care less. There is only one person who's opinion matters to him; Talynn and at first she hates his guts. But when she has no one else to turn to for help she realizes Colt might not be who she thought.This book is about the redemption of this relationship and how people from different sides can always make things work. I love anything from Misty and this was no exception.

What an emotional rollercoaster! Talynn and Colton took me on such an emotional journey. Colton got an absolutely horrible shake as a teen. I saw the writing on the wall throughout the story, but the gut wrenching reality was still enough to just rip your heart out. Talynn lived through so much loss, but she still had her dad throughout. Colton had nobody throughout his entire struggle... I felt awful for him. This was just so emotional... Watching them struggle to overcome their history.. just wow. Great read!

Locked away at 16 for murder, Colt spent 20 years inside, now he's out and finally free working at the Diamond Kings MC's ranch and a patched in Brother now known as Crow.When Deputy Taylynn Davies finds out, she plans on driving him out of the county as it was her brother he'd killed.There's a twist and emotions are high, loved this and can't wait for more.

I stopped and restarted this book 3 times because of my hatred for Talynn. She is ignorant and arrogant and rude. Crow deserved better than her and her attitude.She did change by the end when she learned the truth, but I don’t care for such stubbornness in the characters in this series.

I love Colton(Crow) but not Talynn,he deserved so much better!
