Bluetooth Aux Adapter for Car, Wireless Audio Receiver, Portable Hands-Free Kit with RCA AUX 3.5mm for Home/Car Stereo Music Streaming Sound System

I bought this to use with the aux port in my vehicle in order to stream music and audio books from my phone. It has been surprisingly effective for my needs and I will be permanently mounting it on my dash. The battery life has been very good. I'm not sure how long it lasts because I haven't taken any long trips since it arrived but I have not run the battery down yet. I was skeptical initially because I have had terrible experiences with many other bluetooth devices but this one seems to be a great choice so far. I do recommended a shielded charging cable and possibly a shielded aux cable if you plan to charge it while listening because there is a noticeable hum with the cables it comes with. The price point is very good and even if you replace the cables you would still be at a great value. The sound quality is equal to or better than playing directly through the aux cable. Also wanted to mention it is very simple to use and pairs quickly without hassle.

Does the job beautifully.

I bought this so I could use Google maps in my Audi without having to replace the stock head unit. The Bluetooth Aux Adapter worked fantastic. Great sound quality, easy to set up, and best of all the phone connects to it automatically every time I get into the car. Having used the FM transmitter styles in the past, and dealing with the static and "fuzz" noise, I was pleasantly surprised that there is no noise interference while using this. I would highly recommend this Bluetooth Aux Adapter as a way to add hands free calling and Bluetooth music to a factory system, providing you have an AUX port. Update: The only complaint I have is, the unit has a ring around the center that changes from a solid red, to a flash of blue every 2 seconds, while Bluetooth is connected, which is very distracting and annoying while driving at night time. I wish there was a way to turn that off. I am going to take a Sharpie to it tomorrow to see if that will at least reduce the brightness of the flash. Deducting 1 star for this as issue.

I love this little dongle. I have an amp in my garage that I like to use for music while I work out. I was previously using a Chromecast audio, but that broke and then I realized it was discontinued. Then I realized, why don't I just use Bluetooth? It's actually easier than trying to cast. I tried another brand first that did not work well and broke within a week. So then I picked up this one. I like the compact size, and the stereo output. I leave it plugged in 24/7, and just turn it on and off with the button when I need to use it.

Love this little thing. I keep it plugged up in the car and I just turn it on/off when using to conserve battery. Sounds quality is really great! Connectivity is really fast. However, since the connection range is so wide, your phone will still be connected if you park your car and take your phone to another location so I turn it off when I leave the car.

When I got my new smartphone (iPhone 11 Pro, after having a 6s for about three or four years), I found that there was no “hole” on my new phone for my auxiliary cable (driving from Cleveland to Columbus, Ohio on I-271 fairly often over the past 40 years, there is an exact point on the highway I call “the trees of radio death” — a brief wooded area, always the same spot — where the Cleveland NPR station gets spotty or “statics out,” and the options become “boot scootin’,” “praise Jesus,” “boot scootin’ Jesus,” or bubble gum pop, . . . so I often would preempt the changeover by listening to a book on tape for the drive, using an auxiliary cable). After one journey (the one where I realized there was no auxiliary jack input) with my phone in a dashboard cradle on “max volume” speakerphone, I went on Amazon to see if there was a bluetooth option . . . as the “max volume” speakerphone option was not so great. This adapter worked really well. Clear tone. Easy to use. Looks kinda’ cool. While I give it five stars in all three categories (“Sound Quality,” “Battery Life,“ and “Easy to Use”), I suppose the “Battery Life” rating is “expectational,” as I have only used the device for about four hours of service. Given that the “Sound Quality” and “Easy to Use” factors were well-met, I have faith that “Battery Life” will be too. A worthwhile purchase.

I never thought a simple Bluetooth aux product could be more annoying than helpful, but this tiny piece of electronics far exceeds anything I've ever anticipated - and not in a good way. The sound quality is okay, and it does take very little space. However, the battery doesn't seem to last very well - at least, it becomes an annoying beacon to your own recklessness to ever allow a battery to drop below 50%, in which it proceeds to interrupt any music playing to remind you of this every few seconds even if you have it plugged in and it's below that percentage. Want to enjoy music? Too bad, guess you'll have to wait for a full charge and prioritize this tiny piece of plastic over your own life and demands. Also, it flashes a vivid, pulsating, non stop blue light whenever it's on. It's brighter than a cop's hood light and you might risk impersonating one if it somehow ever got on top of your car. It could probably be seen from space, and it's feisty and won't ever stay flipped in a position where it's both useable and not blinding everyone in the car. While this next critique is a minor inconvenience, not having buttons to change the song easily and has some weird secret handshake to answer a phone call became more burdensome for the risk of a sleek look that does even matter because everyone immediately shuns this annoying thing. If you buy this make sure it's only for a person you detest but for some reason have to keep in your life to the point gifts are required.

This device did just what I needed: replace a Roku internet music player that was connected to good speakers in my kitchen. This device connects my phone to those speakers via Bluetooth, and does so very simply. Unfortunately, I know how good those speakers can sound, and I know how good my music sounds on other Bluetooth speakers, and this device does not provide that quality. Lower bit rate, maybe? It didn't occur to me to research & compare that before I made the purchase. An app lets you rename the device, which helps distinguish it from the long lists of devices our phones can connect to. The range on this device is comparable to other Bluetooth speakers I've used. When a connection is lost, it give a two-tone alert signal repeatedly every few seconds until one reconnects or shuts down the device (press & hold large center button). The alert tone gets annoying, but I suppose that's the point. Would recommend for all features except sound quality.

Edit: Company was A++. They sent me a replacement super fast. So far the replacement is trucking along just fine. The one I originally bought that went completely dead must’ve been a one-off manufacturing defect. Hey, it happens to the best of companies. Battery life is much better this time around on my replacement device, sound quality is good-superb just like before. No pops or static or anything. Very clean. Range is excellent as well. Sometimes I’ll forget to disconnect my phone when I stop somewhere and get out with it to go into a store to pay for gas or something and I’ll come back into the car and the podcast/music will still be playing. As in it never lost the signal at an estimated 50-80ft plus range. Just my everyday use review. Not sure on its max range. It’s a good product for its price. And if there’s an issue customer service is prompt and dedicated. —————————————————————— Sound quality was good. Battery life was meh. It would last I estimated 3-4 hours max before it needed to recharge. But I only had it just over a week of light use and it just wouldn’t turn on again one time. It died and went kaput. Spend your money on something else that’ll last you more than a week or two.

Pretty good device for the price. Easy to install, and came with double sided adhesive to install on the dash. You have the choice of plugging in the aux connection directly into the device or use a cable to be able to move put the device anywhere. The aux cable as well as the charging cable are nice and long. I strapped them up with a zip-tie to avoid dangling cable. My cellphone connects automatically to it when holding the button for a few seconds. Press once to mute or twice to call the last recent number. Sound quality is good during calls. Only downside is see at the moment. Phone call volume is all the way up, but I have to crank up the radio to hear. Once the call is done and the music comes back up, it is crazy loud and I quickly have to turn it back down.

Works perfect. Sound is clear with no buzzing, even when plugged into USB charging while being used. Does not drop the Bluetooth connection at all. Phone calls sound cost and I can be easily heard on the other end. Would recommend!

Easy to use. The first time I used it it took a few minutes to find my device but after it go connect once it connects instantly every time. The one button is easy to get pushed accidently when in your pocket so I try to keep it in loose fitting sweater pockets. The sound quality depends on your headphones. Doesn't take very long to charge.

Bought this thinking there was an ability to 'track forward' and 'track back' given that this adapter came with a remote and a mounting adhesive pad. Unfortunately this was not the case. Charging is also via an old microUSB and NOT USB-C. Didn't have connectivity or sound quality issues when I initially installed it, but only played one song so not reflective of how it performs in the long run. Ended up returning the item.
