Really Easy Piano: Film Songs.

I bought this book of sheet music mainly because of its simplicity. I am also working through a piano handbook at present The Piano Handbook: A Complete Guide for Mastering Piano which although is excellent, it is very formal. This collection is undemanding for the beginner, and it is a pleasure to be able to play something by sight, (even though far from perfect) and not be too bothered about technique. This is where such books are invaluable for the person teaching themselves for that so important light relief. For me this has a good selection, and most of the pieces I enjoy playing. There are some nice little tips as well for each piece, which helps focus on getting the most from the music.

There was a fault with the book I received but the seller rectified the problem swiftly. Excellent customer service! The written music is too simplified for the higher grade pianist and, as the songs only cover two pages, some are shortened versions of the originals. But, if like my son and I, you like messing around with chords etc, you can soon add more interest and richness to the pieces.

Great songs and easy to play

Not the full version of the songs, but I guess that's why it's called Really Easy!

I used to play the piano many years ago and wanted to start plying keyboard again. I looked at many books of songs and found these "Really Piano" books. They are great and easy to follow. I now have 2 and will buy more as my skills progress.

This music book was a great hit for my 13-year-old grand-daughter at Christmas.A perfect level for her new keyboard.She loved it for its easy arrangements of really popular modern songs ... she knew them all!Words and music, and a brief history and helpful notes on each piece too.At the price, it could not be better!

This is my 3rd purchase of really easy piano books and I have to say I wasnt disappointed. Great tunes like, everything i do, I will always love you, love is all around, moon river, mrs robinson, my heart will go on, pretty woman(my fav) take my breath way and so on brilliant to play.

Just a little crease in one of the pages nothing missing though. Worth the money. Book contains easy to play film songs . I think you would have to be Grade 1 plus to enjoy this book. You could use it for sight reading practice.

Viele bekannte Lieder. Recht kurz und einfach. "Son of a preacherman" ist mein Highlight.

Las partituras están bien. No son difíciles pero tampoco tan fáciles como dicen algunos. Yo llevo 3 años aprendiendo a tocar el piano como hobby-sin tomármelo como una obligación- y se ajustan a lo que yo puedo hacer en este momento. No son piezas completas pero yo no necesito nada más largo por el momento.

In general, good. But not so easy to play for a beginner+.

Piano offert 25 ans après avoir touché mon dernier piano. Les partitions de ce recueil sont vraiment très simpliste donc je l'utilise pour réapprendre la lecture des notes de façon ludique. Je progresse très vite. Mais les partitions sont tellement simplifiées que parfois, les mélodies sont assez approximatives. Idéal cependant pour se relancer.
