Short and simple! Must have at every Open House you hold. It does the job great! Good quality with direct questions need when holding an Open House. I would recommend that the manufacture make them a little thicker.

These come as a notepad format (tear of sheets) and were just the right size with the right amount of information needed for my open house. If you don't have the creativity or time to make your own, this is an easy choice! Will last you a long time, depending on how many open houses you conduct and how much traffic comes through.
