There are videos of workouts online with what looks to be professional trainers so it is easy enough to figure out, and it does not take up much space at all. As with anything, assembly is required, but this one wasn’t as confusing as some things that I have tried-and failed-to put together. Overall I consider the item a very good pick and very functional.

I would recommend this machine as it is an awesome machine but one of the flaws is it's a little compacted so when you do the exercises that involves your knees like the sit-ups it will hurt your knees in the long run
