Great option for preschool classrooms
What is it about Red Markers that they are the first to dry up???? This is a great way to keep up with having markers of each color in your classroom. Crayola quality continues to set the standard. They are worth the money every time. These are all consistently red as described and washable, although Red is also the hardest color to wash away from what I have found in my years in the preschool world! They write nicely as a thick marker or using the point, and the color is vibrant to be seen from a distance. The children do not wear these down as they are very durable.

Love Crayola!
Can’t go wrong with Crayola!!! The washable markers are a must have. My daughter drawers a lot and uses mostly black so these are perfect. Good price as well.

We use a lot of red markers in preschool. So glad I can buy just one color we need. Work great. Washable which is a must.

Far Better Than Video Toys
The Toddler I take care of each week goes straight to these Crayola Washable Markers. I do not allow any video device in my home. Never have. He draws on my white walls, creating Little Guy Murals, all the while telling me about what he is creating. Soon I will sketch an outline of a home and ask him to draw it. I will let his preferences determine what I will sketch for him to make his own drawing of the same. He prefers Red and Blue, though other colors are within reach. They are easy to hold and not too difficult for him to pull the cap off and put it back on when he is done. My walls are a joy to behold. His hands, face and clothes are an easy water cleanup. Turn the TV screen off. Find a bare wall. Buy these Crayolas.

Works as promised.
I bought these to try, because I do crazy motion capture for animation with my face. I’ve had people use OTHER types of markers, and let’s just say…I was less than pleased. I heard of these from a teacher, and I figured if it works on children being messy all day, then surely a professional using it for some dots, can hope for the best. I tried a spot on my hand first, waited a while, and sure enough, it washed right off with water. It’s easier with soap, for sure. The skin on your face is different, not to mention you don’t want to look like you have some kind of symmetrical pox. I put these on as marker dots, and recorded for about three hours. I was able to wash it off with water, but a little hand soap and a rag, and everything was off in under two minutes. No residue remained, not even anything faint, so I stock up on these for that purpose now. Don’t ask me about walls, but the teacher said that if the wall paint is aqua and/or oleophobic, then you can wipe it off without worry of damaging the paint. They didn’t lie earlier, so, I’ll believe it, but I can tell you that for skin, and mine is fair, it works as advertised!

It is probably obvious, but. . .
. . . don't carry these in your hip pocket. Don't tuck them in the visor of your car on a hot day. Don't leave them in a white room where a little kid can find them (unless you're going to paint anyhow). Don't forget to take them out of your pocket before you throw the clothes in the washer. On the bright side, they work well as a marker. The felt tip lasts about as long as the ink charge, so when they start fading you can just toss them with a clear conscience. They're handy for marking on dishes for potlucks: a dishwasher will remove all traces of the ink. And if you somehow accidentally get the ink on you (e.g. you carried them in your hip pocket, or your kid decided her younger brother needed kitty whiskers), soap and water will remove most of the ink, and hand sanitizer will get the rest.

Somewhat dry, good price for amount
Some of the markers seemed like they were already dried out or did not contain a lot of ink. For the price and amount though, it’s still a good deal. Colour is a solid, primary red.

Good value for your money
Great value for the cost. Doesn’t bleed through the color sheets. Can use for some time before it dries up. Quality is good

My daughter was looking for just red markers since she seems to use them the most. I was pleasantly surprised we could get a box of just red! They work great and I have a happy kid.

It's markers. What did you expect? Works good and holds up to a group of 25 2nd and 3rd graders. 10/10

So.... as a caricature artist, we'll tell you these are one of the best markers on the market for this sort of work. (Especially since Markette changed their tip) They have a "conical" tip (fine point but a really wide base) which is great for getting thick to thin lines. The black ink (even the washable) looks great on the paper, and it sits well but doesn't bleed outwards, nor through to the sheet underneath. A couple of things however... In time, these DO fade, and the black turns sort of green-ish. Don't get the paper wet. Even a couple of rain drops turn them into a mess. Also... it doesn't dry instantly. I you put down a line, be careful dragging the palm of your hand over it. You'll smear the ink. It takes a few moments to dry into the paper. But at least the washable marker cleans off your hand easy.
