Why do the flower heads look flat and not as fluffy as shown in the photos?

The blooms get compressed during packaging and shipping, so they won’t be as full as the listing pictures right out of the box. Simply fluff them by hand and use a hair dryer on the warm setting to restore their full, fluffy shape.
