Lovely quality teapot, pretty cream and patterned design and perfect medium size. 3-4 cups of tea. Bought as gift and adored by recipient, who is a massive tea fan. Well packaged and arrived quickly.

Really nice teapot

Extremely happy with the customer service received from Rinkit Ltd. The fit of the lid was compromised on the original teapot received which I reported to the company. I received correspondence immediately from Rinkit Ltd and after consultation with them another teapot was dispatched straight away. I received the replacement teapot within days and happy to say it is perfect. Very satisfied with the new teapot and very happy with the extraordinary service and communication experienced by Rinkit Ltd. I would recommend the company to anybody.

I have been using the teapot for about two years. As the pictures show, crazing formed on the glaze. For this reason, I do not think that it is porcelain. Calling it ceramic would probably be more appropriate. Another drawback is that it is a very drippy teapot. Using a tea towel below the cup may help you to prevent mess when pouring. It is rather inexpensive but at similar prices there are real porcelain ones with no dripping. Enjoy your tea<3

Nice quality tea pot and quick delivery

Absolutely loved this Teapot. It was just what I was looking for. Good size for 3 full mugs of tea or 4 cups if you're feeling posh. I would like to have seen matching mugs available with the teapot as a set but still a great product. High quality for a good price.

Gives 3 good cups of tea unable to say much more apart from I do like the T pot.
