5,000 Awesome Facts (About Everything!) 2 (National Geographic Kids) Hardcover – 4 Sept. 2014

My 8 year old son loves reading these facts. I helped him with some words e.g. names of places but that is good for widening vocabulary and improving reading. Would also suit much older too. Interesting topics. Some are a bit more orientated to America and some pages look less engaging in layout. He particularly likes the pages where the facts are laid out in circles with lots if pictures.

My nephews loved this book!

Such amazing knowledge for our 7 year old! He reads a couple of pages every night before bed and it’s incredible all the things he’s learning! He goes to school and tells his teacher and they’ve said they learn nee things from him sharing the info with them! We have both 5000 facts books! They’re amazing value for lovely hard copy books!

My nephew loves this book. He takes it everywhere with him even to the dinner table. He even took it to a Resturant and keep on reading it between mouthfuls of steak, fascinated with the interesting information. Well informed book.

Love this series. Nicely illustrated, colourful books, gd quality paper, bite size chunks of information, factual & random, a pick up and put down sort of book for inquisitive kids.

Bought for 5 year old Grandson, he is a very good reader, he loves it, reads and remember the facts, uses them to inform in appropriate conversations. Really interesting facts, even for parents or grandparents. Bought because when my son (his father) was 5 he spent hours reading facts and in turn kept him interested in reading.

It was for a Xmas present and I think it was a great one :)
