At home Physical Therapy
I had shoulder replacement surgery and this was my PT warm up. So great to be able to have this at home as well. Clips over a door and you can stand and use it or sit in a chair. Great quality, helps with regaining your range of motion back.

Get this for after rotator cuff surgery
Works great for my at home physical therapy. Has helped me gain most of my range of motion back. I’m not done with them yet but glad I got them. Great value for the money.

High quality, well made. Nice grip handles. A tad noisy., easily remedied with vegetable oil.
Im impressed with this shoulder pulley set. The handles are very nice and they seem to be made well enough. The pulley is fluid with no lag. I like that it is adjustable and you track your progress by moving knobs up along the rope. It is a little noise, which would easily be taken care of with vegetable oil on the squeaky part, not a deal breaker. It fits well and helps me with my range of motion exercises.

Got this the assist with range of motion after a shoulder replacement. Great product. Smooth wheel movement. Easy to use. I was able to use them in a couple of different locations with the different holder options. Very versatile. I am able to keep my shoulder stretched and keep my motion going.

Great post shoulder surgery tool
After shoulder surgery, physical therapy gave me home exercises to do and this was exactly what I needed to do do them with. Almost the same as at the physical therapy office! Easy to attach and take off when done. Good quality product.

Easy to use for shoulder rehab.
I used this between my therapy appointments for my shoulder. I wish it had adjustable tension though. It did work on my range of motion.
