These cookies come individually wrapped im red foil so look quite good and can be put on the table when setting it. The kids had good fun opening them to get the fortune out and they taste nice too. The quality is great value for money and we've still got plenty left over for next time!

A: I'm not sure but think should be fine ...I bought these couple years ago around now possibly for that reason....

**Q: are they vegan ?**
A: Apparently these are the ingredients:-
Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamine), Sugar, Soya Lecithin, Dried Glucose Powder, Raising Agent: E500, Colour: Riboflavin, Vanilla Flavouring, Rapeseed Oil, Antioxidant: E304 and E306, Emulsifier: E322, Sunflower Oil

So calcium carbonate, lecithin, E322, Sugar (if from america), E304, are questionable as could be animal or plant derived. Hopefully the manufacturer will comment.
