I liked the details about how earthing effects our chakras to dissipate some of the unwanted vibes, and re-establish ourselves, I use my Shungite pendulum everytime I go shopping to stay relaxed and earthed to unwanted shopping stresses. also I find I can concentrate further through my computer work, good pictures and diagrams, good info on the different types of Shungite, I'm now using shungite to charge my water. also Shungite pairs with Soapstone as a calmer, Different shapes of Shungite have different effects, cubed, egg, sphere,pyramid and pendulum shapes. a good book. enjoy.

An excellent book about Shungite. Not only does it give you the historical background but it also tells you how to use it and how it works.

This is a replacement pack of good quality Shungite. Love the stuff, as do my plants and cut flowers, and the local wildlife.... and it comes all the way from Rooshia. What could be better than that?

If you're worried about EMF and 5G then this is the book for you. Very interesting. Covers the history, origin, use and effects of shungite. The author has obviously wide experience with this stone and is generous with her knowledge. The book is easy to read and addresses everyone who might be interested. This book provides a wealth of incormation on the many uses of shungite. Though most people know anout shungite's ability to protect from EMF, shungite also possesses the ability to help us heal and detox. Miss Martino, a geobiologist and bioenergy expert, teaches us about the 3 types of shungite, their similitudes and differences, how to use them , what to use them for and where. According to her, a shungite pyramid is way too strong for a bedroom, but perfect for the rest of the house. She recommends spheres or eggs for a bedroom instead. She also explains the areas covered by the different shungite pieces, according to their shape and size. Miss Martino is a French national and the english version of her book is top notch quality. Highly recommendable.
