worst model ever dont waste your money
the paper is so flimsy it is ridiculous glue does not hold on this either just falls apart dont waste you money metcalfe models are far sturdier and much better quality and not more expensive either

Not super quick to build
Compared to the most well known brand the instructions are poorly written and takes longer than it should. Finished model is OK but not spectacular

Good value
The Village School building was easy to assemble with clear instructions. The gutters and chimney pot finish is not in keeping with the main building elements, but at the price - and with a bit of touching up - this is easily resolved.
