Really great value for money
This is a really good product for the serious DIYer. The motor has plenty of power, and the stability of product is fine.Very easy to assemble. Two points that could be improved.1. The instructions do need a bit of Sherlock Holmes to decipher. Better numbered diagrams that link to the text would help.2. If you are planning on cutting thin pieces accurately, the fence will need clamping with a G clamp or similar. The locking lever is not strong enough. However this is not a £1000 machine and given a little improvisation with an extra clamp I was able to cut almost veneer thickness strips with consistency.

Good little saw - if you know what you're doing
Pros - Well built for the price, but still light enough for a one handed lift.Previously commented issues with the guide fence seem to have been sorted out.Cons - The lack of any assembly or set up instructions will probably make this a frustrating product for a total beginner (not to mention short lived and possibly dangerous). Ask a grown-up or at least watch a couple of YouTube videos.Top and bottom cover screws are painfully long.

Nice easy to use
Absolutely brilliant little band saw just can't understand why it says you need a battery???? Maybe I've not read destructions properly 😴😴 but other than that I have already done several projects with it and all in all very very happy with it

what a cracker.
nice little band saw.for the money you can't expect the best results. table could do with extra support.ideal for the occasional use.just cut a few 40mm thick oak work top with no problems unless tight curves which would struggle and jammed up other wise perfect for what I need it for. if your going to do bigger jobs then best to spend more on a more sturdy bandsaw.

Needs more detailed assembly instructions.
Took a lot of head scratching to assemble it.

Great value bandsaw
Arrived quickly, fairly easy to assemble (although the instructions aren't great). Only gripe is the poor design of the fence - I couldn't get it tight enough, so resorted to using G clamps to hold it in place, but after that there were no problems. I was able to successfully cut sub 1mm veneer-thickness panels of most types of wood, even using the standard 6tpi blade fitted. Very satisfied with the machine, and have ordered some finer blades.

Instructions !!!
Just received my Dirty Pro Tools band saw and it would have helped if the feet and pan headed screws and washers were supplied, also a diagram showing the location of set screw (A), socket headed bolt (B) and socket headed bolt (C), instruction manual page 10. Just hope the operating instructions are better or I may not have enough fingers left to scratch my erm self.... Ahh having now assembled the saw I found the user instructions ok'ish i.e. Press the green button to start, it did work really well and only wandered slightly when cutting 2 1/2 inch eucalyptus lengthwise, so now a 4*. and I still have all fingers and thumbs.

Neat little bandsaw
I am very pleased with this purchase. It's nice looking and works well.I've used bandsaws but haven't owned one before, so it took me a while to figure out how it went together. The instructions weren't much help. I rang the seller and they sent me a pdf link, which had illustrations and was much more useful (see photos).I used coach bolts to screw the bandsaw to a square piece of ply (see photos) which made it so stable I don't need to clamp it to my workmate as I'd intended.A good bit of kit - recommended.
