Very easy to build and looks great in my sons Dinosaur themed bedroomGood amount of space for storage (spare bedding in this case)

This was really easy to assemble even with kids awake and that is a major + for me. It is light enough to carry easily but sturdy enough not to be moved about in the bedroom. I took a star off as the lid is not hinged so has to be removed by an adult and I'm not sure if it may look a bit marked after some months as when assembling it the screw slipped and left a tiny mark. All in all a good buy!Me again with an update! My baby caught his fingers under the lid of another toy box with hinges so maybe the removable lid is a good idea after all! The lid looks a bit tatty along one side where we put it on the floor but nothing major.Back again - depending on your needs you may find the worlds apart bin storage unit more useful. My youngest(under 2) finds the toy box too deep to reach his toys easily and has to pull out lots of toys and make a mess!!! to reach what he wants so we get far more use from the bin storage unit (see my other review). However, the toy box is great for storing larger toys and/or toys that aren't used so much.

Really pleased with the toy box it, lives at Nannys house so plenty big enough for toys that live here. Easy to construct and good quality finish with dinosaurs in bright colours on the front panel , we like the lift off lid ,for safety to little fingers is paramount.Would recommend without hesitation.

We bought this in preparation for turning my little boys cot bed into a toddler bed, as we wanted his toys away and out of sight for bedtime!Pros: It's a really good sized, lightweight, solid toy box, with no hinges for little fingers to get stuck in. It's easy to put together.Cons: It's come with a few scuffs to the paint already, which I can easily rectify with a bit of paint from the cupboard. However, I would suggest it won't take much for the paint to chip off, especially on the corners as it has done so already and my little boy hasn't touched it yet! For this I have marked it down a star.I got this for a good price when it was on offer, just over £20, but I personally wouldn't pay any more for it as it terms of looks, I think it's going to look tatty quite quickly!

The media could not be loaded.  Pros: super easy to put together. The lid just lifts on and off so no hinges to worry about. Nice big box seems to fit in lots.Cons: it's very thin wood, it seems better now I've put it together but I'm still conscious of it not being as sturdy as it could be. I would of preferred a hinged lid as this would make it easier for a toddler to get in and out of and no worries of putting the lid somewhere for it to potentially get broken. It's very expensive for what it is. I got mine on a warehouse deal for a fraction of the price which I feel should be around it's full price value. I definitely wouldn't pay full price. It has the odd mark but as mentioned I did get it reduced. Will do for now and our soft toy haul.

When considering purchasing this toybox, I was a little worried that it may be too small for the mountainous pile of toys my 19 month old has aquired. However once constructed and toys entered, I was very much put at ease.It was so so easy to put together - a one man, well.. woman job!I can't complain at all - my son loves it and it does the job for us.The only little niggle is that it would be nice to have a hinge on the lid to open and close as opposed to lift on, lift off.But overall, a fantastic product.
