Grill Beast - 304 Stainless Steel Meat Injector Kit with 2-oz Large Capacity Barrel and 3 Professional Marinade Needles

This product works fantastic for injecting buttery goodness into meats! The syringe capacity is large enough to work a large turkey, brisket, chicken, pork butt, or other cut without constantly having to refill. The needles are long enough to go the distance which has the added benefit of making fewer holes through the skin. Fewer holes = less injection nectar leaking out as it cooks. It also can handle injections that have crumbled herbs and spices without clogging the syringe, which is definitely a plus. While it's difficult to really tell how strong an injector is just by looking at it online, I can say this one really is a beast! I've injected old, thick honey with ease (that's saying a lot. Crappy injectors would give at the seals or just generally not be up to the task due to having too small of a hole diameter, etc). I've also used it to inject relatively hot liquids taken straight from the sauce pot (some situations call for it) and it wasn't an issue - the metal and seals are of excellent quality and the body / plunger is thick, so I hardly noticed the temperature of the injection juice.Can you find another product like this for a similar price? Perhaps. Though one thing that really set this aside for me is the customer service. I appreciate service as much as the next guy, but ultimately I'm focused on value, though in this case, the company standing by their superior product is worth saving a few bucks through some sketchy overseas joint. The story here is this... I've had my Grill Beast for some years now and at some point in time, I misplaced a couple of the syringes. The one I had left I didn't use very often, though I ended up liking it very much, so that was a bonus, though I still appreciated having the others for certain tasks. I contacted Grill Beast to ask if I could buy just the needles since the syringe was still in perfect condition even after years of use (I haven't even had to change the gaskets yet - far better quality than previous injectors I've used). They promptly got back to me to ask if I could confirm my mailing address and that they'd be sending a whole new set of needles, gaskets, etc, free of charge! They even covered the shipping. Wow! This wasn't due to some mistake they made or product failure. It was my fault for losing them, yet they still had my back and wanted me to have a good customer experience, so they helped me out. You just don't see that kind of service these days. It's more often that you're paying for a warranty on a menial piece of crap, whereas this is a truly customer-focused group of folks who applied their passion for cooking towards making a superior product, and who stand by that product as well as the folks who supported them by buying it. The best injector i have purchased in ten years. I have gone through too many injectors and I do not even own a restaurant! Most of the injectors on the market are plastic and metal and do not last long, as each of them had cracked or flat out broken during use.The BEAST is just what i was hoping I could find and more. The design is heavy duty, stainless steel and the needles are super sharp and long. The stainless steel construction and design will no doubt last a lifetime, therefore the $15-25 price tag is extremely reasonable ( I paid $15 for my first unit, with my second injector being $25). I did not hesitate purchsing the second unit, since I was already happy with my first. I did have a problem with the 2nd injector, but Pat Johnson and the support team over at "The Beast" headquarters replaced the defected unit within 2 weeks of purchasing it.They company has great correspondence and definitely backed their lifetime warranty. For my incovenience, they sent me additional merchandise along with a new injector. The additional merchandise I was not expecting and was very happy to receive additional items. I was extremely satisifed with their sincerity and response time. This definitely tells me that they care about their customers and their product. I will make sure everyone knows about their great product and support, as most companies now a days can barely provide one of the two, let alone simultaneously.

I had been using a less expensive plastic injector for my smoking needs. It was tough to handle, especially when it gets wet and the single needle didn't always fit the bill - either took too long or would clog.I finally ordered the Grill Beast and can highly recommend this fine injector. The loop handles on the body and injector give you much greater control, even when wet! The construction is solid - feels great. I also like the fact they include spare o-rings. This should make the Grill Beast last for years.The 3 needles are great for most every type of meat. I used the shorter. dual hole needle this past weekend to inject a full packer brisket. Worked great!My next smoke will be a pork butt. I plan on using the longer needle with the 12 holes. I can see this being quick and doing a much more thorough job than just the smaller 2 hole needle (like in most plastic injectors).As I said, highly recommended addition to your cooking tools!!
