yes. They are small packs but the perfect snack.

When are they "best by:......"?

For the smaller pouches, the date is provided in an area by the tab used to close the opened box. If they are the individual large packages (5 oz), I don't see an expiration date.

Does anyone actually like the bags of only strawberry fruit snacks?

Yes. I have one in my family that is all they will eat for fruit snacks.
