I have to admit, I purchased this only because I was originally looking for the old fashioned hand crank mixer. I was unable to locate it so I decided to give this a try. I love to bake and right before I started to blend my butter and sugar, my mixer went out. Well, I used this and it worked like a gem. I used it to mix the wet ingredients (you can not use it to blend in the dry ingredients due to the thickness of the batter). So I continued to improvise. This is an amazing whisk, and I would definitely buy it for gifting purposes.

I looooce how fluffy my eggs get with this! The only thing I would say to be careful with, is to make sure the bowl or container you use has sides that are high enough otherwise as you're spinning the beater, some might spill on the counter.

All you have to do it press down and it spins. Its super fun and easy to use.

This is an efficient way to really mix something. It does not take much force to get the whisk spinning very fast. We bought it for our son to help him whisk eggs and it works like a charm.A couple of things to keep in mind: the bottom where the whisk touches the container is metal, and I do worry that if you pushed hard enough, it could crack a ceramic type dish (have not seen that though). Another thing is that the bottom is about 1/2" away from the whisk, so what you are whisking needs to be deeper than you might think (at least 1/2" just to touch the whisk part). So this is a little tricky if you are trying to whisk 1 egg for example. Otherwise, pretty convenient!

The media could not be loaded.  I really like this whisk! So far I've used it for whisking eggs, french toast batter, and gravy. It really breaks up any clumps and mixes all the ingredients together.It's vwey easy to use. Just push the handle up and down and it will turn on it's own.I also like that it is stainless steel and will last long. It may be a little loud to some but I didn't think it was that bad. Plus it works fast so it wouldn't be that loud for too long.It is very sturdy, easy to use, and cleans easily!

It works fine. But it does everything a fork will do, and then has to be cleaned. Leaves me scratching my head

A vendor in Costco was using these. We ordered to try them out. Oh my! I use everyday! Makes perfect scramble eggs!!
