If you’re a man like me, you might enjoy cooking, but not enjoy getting cooking oil and stains all over your clothes.And you might have looked at all the conventional cooking aprons, and felt that they’re just not manly enough, or the reviews aren’t very good, or they’re too expensive.Look no further than this apron.It is cheap. It is tough. And it is MANLY.And if you do any sort of manual work where you’ve already ruined about five pairs of good jeans over the course of your life and are thinking that its about time to get a manly, tough apron, then this will satisfy that role as well.

I got this welding apron as I'm a relative noobie to the world of welding and have just started out with a small stick welding unit. I'm an excellent DIYer but terribly accident prone to my wife's distress and so promised I would get kitted up from a safety perspective. Having seen a whole load of Youtube videos on welding and a number of TV programs, the one thing that came out clear is do make sure you get yourself a leather apron and gloves to stop those errant sparks from burning you and your clothes and obviously a welder's masks to keep your eyesight!When this came through the post I was a little surprised at how supply it felt and a little thin but on using the apron a couple fo times it does exactly what you need. I also noticed a fair few threads (which I burnt off) so not sure how well the apron is made but it seems to be holding up fairly well with good stitching throughout. I'm a little over 6ft and fairly well built around the mid section and this apron cover the vital parts I need covering and feels comfortable to wear too. The over the shoulder straps are a good system for making you fairly unaware that you have it on and as the apron is a good length it I feel it makes for a good fit and offers good protection. I have a pair of welding gloves and they seem to be made from the same type of leather and the same thickness. I'm sure there are probably better aprons out there for more experienced welders but my current needs and the cost I think it offers great value for money.It would be extremely helpful to me if you hit the YES button if you liked my review or NO and a comment so I can improve future reviews.

Got this for my husband as he uses it for crafting. He loves the pocket spaces and the quality is amazing and the appearance is as shown . The ties are long enough if you need to adjust them then you have the tie length to dovso.

I bought this welder's apron for working at Repair Cafés, because it has crossed top straps, rather than just a neck-loop [that becomes uncomfortable after a while].It works fine: comfortable; big enough; resistant to all the workshop incidents and accidents.

I'd read the many positive reviews carefully before buying this apron but was still impressed by its quality and attention to detail. The straps hold the apron close to the body ensuring that it fits comfortably and doesn't get caught in machinery. The apron material is thick enough to offer good protection while remaining flexible enough to permit easy movement. I'm tall and "well covered" but this apron and the straps are easily big enough to fit me well.Overall an excellent product for the price.

Fantastic product for a good price. The photo is after wearing it for a full day of blacksmithing.This is soft which is great for movement / flexibility. I'd forgotten I was wearing it after a short time as it was comfortable.I'm a heavier set guy - near 20 stone at 172cm and the strap fits me.

Can't believe how great this is at this price point. Leather thicker than expected, basic design, comfortable to wear. Time will tell how long it will last but at this price I wouldn't mind doing running repairs if anything ever fails. Highly recommended.
