Cute and clunky
This was very easy and quite fun. I do think that I'll go back over it and use a little glue. Looks cool with the little tea light in it. ( Battery operated)

Good quality. Needs patience
It is little overwhelming at the beginning but good quality. Once u finish initial few pieces it gets easier.. one small piece chipped . It would have been nicer if instructions had more pictures …I needed this to use for a fairy garden.

Durable & nice product
Was really not hard putting together. Great detail and be ready to paint it. Follow the pictures more than reading the instruction. I was hopping for it to be smaller, 1/87 HO Scale, but is to big for my train setup. I will find a place for it.

Junk
An absolute junk. Wall sections are cut out to have small protruding “latches” that are supposed to slide under the base. Well, this does not work, of course, because the latches stick out making the whole structure wobbly to the extent that it falls apart. In addition, some parts collide with each other, i.e. you can either side in one or the other, but not both. If an experienced DIYer and engineer find this not worth wasting time on, what would a child think? The only way this structure would hold is by trimming some pieces and glueing everything together, but what is the point?

Quality kit
I don't necessarily think this is the kind of kit that one would buy because they like assembling houses. It's more the type of kit that you would add to a scene as a diorama. I actually think it's pretty cool. I spent some time staining, and I added some vegetation to the front yard.My one really big complaint is that I did not like the finish that was on the wood. I had to sand all of the pieces before staining, but it turned out pretty cool when it was done.

Fun putting it together
I enjoyed putting this together, once everything is in place it is very sturdy. I will be gluing and painting it for a Christmas village and it works very well for that. Great price too!

Ok
Of course it didn't go together completely easily. There was also some hooks that went underneath of the base that just made it sit unevenly, so I clipped those off, and I used it to make a house for Chucky and Tiffany.
