Didn't even need to cut it, fit in snuggly.Expected it to have torn by now but it's pretty good. The edges have frayed slightly near the balls of the feet but that's pure aesthetic for now and honestly if I had bothered to cut it half a size it wouldn't have mattered anyway.The gel at the sole is actually bigger than the one inside my gel rocket 11 so that's a plus. Can definitely feel a renewed bounce that's for sure.Great value for the price.

Good supporting insole. Using in sport shoes. Thought that they would take getting used to but no problems from day one.

Bit like stepping on a turd with no socks on at first, but you get used to it and quite comfy

Bought these for my work shoes as they essentially had no insoles and were painful to wear for long periods of time. After putting these in my feet never hurt after a day of work.

I would love to give 5 ⭐️ but when cut to there size guide it ends up short I am a size 9 I cut it to that size from there guide and was left with them shorter so thus making my toes sore as they didn’t go right to the front otherwise they are so comfy help my feet massively but can’t wear them as they are too short I would recommend taking old insole out and use as a template when cutting to get presice size I think the size guide might not be uk 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Was offered refund so going to get another pair for my new trainers

Comfortable feet all day

I’m a size 12, but the insoles are far too narrow for my feet—particularly around the midfoot, where the plastic arch support digs in, and also around the toes. I don’t have especially wide feet, but these insoles are clearly designed for average feet, with some extra material added just to claim they fit larger feet.If you have larger feet, I would avoid these unless your feet are unusually narrow.
