I put my Rode live condenser M2 through it and I've set it only on average (12 o'clock) and depress the warm button. Wow! It really evens out my mezzo-soprano vocals, whether at its quietest or loudest, and produces such a warm bright sound! My performance sounds like a record, I kid you not! It is literally a live mastering! And when I recorded a male vocalist with it, it too was a wow experience for me. His deeper timbre really resonated beautifully with this thing!
